I have over 20 years of experience in the CRM industry in Latin America, performing senior management functions. I led the start-up process of some companies in Latin America, among which the start of operations of one of the largest Contact Center companies in the world – Atento, stands out. I served as Executive Director of Clients with a focus on transformation, loyalty and business growth in different regions of Latin America. I led the financial restructuring of Atento Brasil, a company with more than 100,000 employees, managing to raise funds from BNDES (National Bank for Economic and Social Development) of more than R $ 300 million that were invested in generating new jobs through the growth of the business and the development of new technologies.

I am a big fan of innovation as a transforming force, knowledge that I try to improve by performing different activities, whether in the business world, traveling around the world, practicing meditation and developing initiatives that stimulate human values ​​and creativity.
